Enramex’s Responsibility
Enramex Inc.,(“Enramex”) takes all reasonable steps to provide money transfer services as instructed by the Sender. Unless otherwise expressly required under the laws of the jurisdiction governing the transaction, neither Enramex nor any of its agents shall be held liable for damages due to the delay, nonpayment or underpayment of the money transfer, the non-delivery of the money transfer, or the non-delivery of any supplemental message, whether caused by negligence on the part of its employees or agents or other representatives, beyond refund of the principal amount of the money transfer and the service fee. In no event shall Enramex, or its agents, be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages.
Sender’s Responsibility
Sender acknowledges and agrees that will provide Enramex with true, accurate, current and complete information, and that will not use Enramex’s money transfer services for or in connection with any prohibited or illicit activity. Where applicable, bank account information must be accurate, as the money may not be recoverable if deposited to the wrong account. Enramex reserves the right to require ID from the Sender or the Recipient. Enramex also reserves the right to verify any of the information provided in connection with the transaction. An external service provider may be tasked with the verification of such information. Transactions that require further review due to regulatory issues, may be delayed and reported to applicable authorities. Transactions to certain countries, jurisdictions, or payers may be subject to amount limits or additional restrictions. The Sender must be 18 years or over to use our services.
Foreign Exchange
All currency exchanged under the money transfer service is received by Enramex at a rate of exchange. Currency is offered to Sender at the rate of exchange specified on the receipt, and the Recipient will receive the foreign currency amount specified on the receipt. Any difference between the currency exchange rate offered to Sender and the currency exchange rate received by Enramex is the property of Enramex.
Cancellations, Refunds and Error Resolution
You have the right to cancel your money transfer for a full refund within 30 minutes of authorizing the transaction unless the funds have already been picked up or deposited into a bank account. Enramex will refund Your money within 3 business days of receiving Your request for cancelation. You may also receive a full refund in certain circumstances if You successfully assert an error or as otherwise provided under applicable law.
You have a right to dispute errors in a Transaction. If you think there is an error, you must contact Enramex within 180 days of the Transaction by:

Enramex will determine whether an error occurred within 90 days after you contact us and we will correct any error promptly. We will tell you the results within three business days after completing our investigation. If we decide that there was no error, we will send you a written explanation. You may ask for copies of any documents we used in our investigation.
You also have the right to contact the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) at 1-855-411-2372, 1-855-729-2372 (TTY/TDD) or www.consumerfinance.gov and submit a question or complaint about Enramex.

Error Resolution and Cancellation Disclosure for Consumers
What to do if you think there has been an error or problem.
If you think there has been an error or problem with your money transfer:
1. Call Customer Service at 1877-707-7711 or 303-291-6000; or
2. Email us at: service2@enramex.com; or
3. Write to us at: 4601 Wadsworth Blvd, Wheat Ridge CO 80033
You must contact us within 180 days of the day we promised to you that funds would be made available to the recipient.
When you do, please tell us:
1. Your name, address and telephone number.
2. The error or problem with the transfer and why you believe it is an error or problem.
3. The name of the person receiving the funds and if you know it, his or her telephone number or address; and
4. The dollar amount of the transfer, and
5. The confirmation code or the number of the transaction.
Enramex will determine whether an error occurred within 90 days after you contact us and we will correct any error promptly. What to do if you want to cancel a money transfer.
You have the right to cancel a money transfer and obtain a refund of all funds paid to us, including any fees. In order to cancel, you must contact us at the phone number listed above within 30 minutes of payment for the transfer.
When you contact us, you must provide us with information to help us identify the transfer you wish to cancel, including the amount and location where the funds were sent. We will refund your money within three business days of your request to cancel a transfer as long as the funds have not already been picked up or deposited into a recipient’s bank account.
